Patch is such a sweet and loving girl of around 8 years and is looking for a new home due to her elderly owner not being able to care for her any more.
She's an adult and therefore likes to laze around, have turns around the garden and curl up on knees! She would make a wonderful companion cat or a first time cat as she's placid and loving, but also knows how to play when the mood take her! Just look how lovely she looks!

Patch has found a new home!!
It was a difficult one as the lady is quite elderly but has just lost her husband and cat and is very lonely. She's well able to care for Patch (who very much is a 'glued to your knee' cat) and she has helpers who come in every day to help. Patch has early kidney issues as well and we thought that we'd rather Patch had some years with a loving home rather than a pen. God forbid if anything happens to the lady she can always come back into care. She'll be collected tomorrow and be curled up by the fire in time for Christmas :Luv2:

that's wonderful
my mother was over 80 when she took on an elderly stray I found wandering in fields near my home, and his companionship for the two years he had left meant so much to both of them
