Title: LOST Grey 3/4 persian cat FOUND
Post by: julie bennett on November 07, 2009, 16:25:01 PM
Merlin is a grey long haired neutred male cat who went missing from my daughter's house late 30/09/09 in Barleyfield Clayton-le-woods Chorley/Preston Lancashire. He ran out and my daughter gave chase thus sending Merlin into unfamiliar territory. He is greatly missed by all his family
He is 12 years old but very fit! He was wearing an electronic bird deterent device on his collar. The most distinguishing thing about him is definitely his yowl as he is a very vocal cat unlike the standard miaow.
My aim is to try to cover all possible websites people may search on if they find him so I would be very grateful if you could add him to yours!
Kind regards
J.Bennett

Posters are very important and calling late at night when its quiet can bring results .

I do hope you are united with Merlin very quickly nowv

Hi all
Merlin has been found he was taken into the vets where he was recognised as fitting a description on the internet.  I like to thank everyone who took the time to publish him on their web sites and for the concern shown for his safe return.
Many thanks
J.Bennett

I've just posted on your 'found' thread asking how long Merlin was missing but I see it's since 30 September so nearly six weeks.  Glad he's home now  :wow:

Hi everyone
I am sorry for the delay in the reply but this something that I am trying to find out. I am hoping to see the lady in question this weekend ( our car has been off the road) I would like to thank her in person and hopefully gleen some info from her. Merlin has settled in well in fact he and my dog are far more tollerant of each other and Merlin stands his ground more and is sat by me right now! I hope you all have success in finding your lost ones! Keep looking and notifying as many people as you can!!!!!!!!
