Title: Cheltenham to Nottingham 11th feb
Post by: RACR on February 05, 2009, 16:46:00 PM
Can anyone help. We have the 1st half of transport sorted and the cats, all 10 can be gotton as far as cheltenham on the M5. Can anyone cover from there to nottingham?

You will need your own carriers or large dog crate to transfer them as the ones used at start of run are loaned.

All cats have flu and very ill, youngers ones not used to human interaction and scared. 1st transporter is experienced and she is also the fosterer for Anya and leo so will be confident to transfer to cage or carriers.

Hope the change over is being done in someones house in a confined room as this lot if not used to human interaction will be scared and flighty - might the best idea be to use the same pen/carrier they start in and get them returned by the folks doing the run in reverse

Just want whats best for these little souls - we have ferals and moved 37 cats 3 years ago so know how stressful it can be - we also drugged them to lessen the stress with the nice litltle yellow pills from the vet

Good luck
