Title: Atkinson the cat was loved by many in Bath

Just seen a heart the heart warming story of Atkinson cat on our local news.

He had several homes and names. He even immortalised in paintings

Atkinson has recently died and local people have been laying memorials.

That is so beautiful. I even shed a tear. It's amazing how cats can walk into our lives, and into our hearts and yet stay so independant.
It's obvious he had a great life.

RIP Atkinson... say hello to Persephone for me at the Bridge

The report was very moving and the community want a permanent memorial to him :)

Such a heartwarming and moving story, am sitting here all misty eyed  :(
