Taken from the national pet register.  I have contacted the finder with advice:

Lovely friendly white and black cat, appeared outside my friend's house several days ago and hasn't been away since!! This cat looks as if it has been a well loved pet and we would love to reunite it with its owner. alisonanderson@hotmail.co.uk
