Title: 2 indoor cats needing new home (East Kilbride) (Unknown Outcome)
Post by: Reynard on April 28, 2008, 22:52:53 PM
One of the ladies on the Our Cats board has asked me to cross post on here.

A friend of hers is emigrating to Canada and had originally intended on taking her two cats with her when she left. Circumstances have now changed and she is looking to rehome them instead.

One cat is a six year old red and white longhair girl with half a tail and the other is a four year old shorthair tabby girl. Both cats must stay together i.e.homed as a pair and are indoor only.

Travelling slightly further afield to home the cats would not be a problem.

Am hoping that some of the Scottish folks on this board might have an idea or two. The thread on the OC board can be found here:

If anyone wants contact details, PM me and I'll get them for you.

Oh what a gorgeous gorgeous pair - the pictures of them are adorable and they are obviously very loved! I hope they find a home soon!  :-[

Just to update, the timescale on homing these cats is sooner rather than later, but there is scope for flexibility.

If she has problems rehoming this duo prior to going then we would be happy to help in any way we can so feel free to pass  on our details.  Fingers crossed though that it doesn't come to that and she manages to find them somewhere soon.

I take it that its not an option to take them with her???

Cheers madkitty, have passed on the necessaries.  :thanks:

The original plan was for the owner to take the cats with her, but it seems that even the best-laid plans go to pot.  :Dont know:
