Elmo a 1 yr old boy had gone missing from his home in Coaltown of Balgonie.

Elmo is neutered and was wearing a blue and cream coloured collar when he went missing. He is jet black all over however owner says if you look really closely at his legs you can just make out rings / light stripes on his legs.
Last seen approx 2130hrs on thurday 29th November by a neighbour in the area and the following morning around 1030hrs. Elmo has not been seen since.
