Title: RIP Snowy
Post by: carl (billy and baggys dad) on November 27, 2007, 15:24:10 PM
Every dinner break, I go for a walk around the block, just to get out of the studio. Usually I see Snowy, a wise old white tom, outside his house - I'd have a quick chat with him, quick stroke and chin tickle, then carry on.

Over the last few days I hadn't seen him, but presumed he was inside in front of the fire. Today, I walked past and noticed a sign on the gate to his house - he passed away over the weekend. Although I couldn't make out most of the message though, as it was smudged in the rain, I read that he went to the bridge peacefully and painlessly.

RIP old fella, would have liked to say goodbye first. I reckon you'll be putting the world to rights wherever you are.

poor Snowy, sounds like he was a real character how nice this his owner let all his friends know what had happened to him, you can imagine that he must have spent the day there waiting for the next person to come along!

I left a box of chocolates on their doorstep from 'Snowy's friend'.

I've missed him this week. Luckily I move jobs in January.

:RIP: Snowy

for 20 years I worked in the same place, and would go to work on my push bike.
not far from my flat there are pensioner houses, and for years I watched this little
black cat grow, it took a few years before he would come to me, he seemed wary
of stranger's but at least once a week I would see him outside in the morning and
would stop to pet him, He was a purring machine :)
I have since changed my job, but still walk past the pensioner's houses, on my way
to my folks house, but I havent seen Him for quite some time Now  :(
