Dusty grew up with Momma and I think he might be a little down. I buy him fresh meat to give him. (Turkey Chicken) I play with him.
I don't know if it is my imagination or not
Please throw mw some ideas!!

This is going to sound really odd, but sit down and have a chat with him about what has happened, and give him lots of cuddles. Also, you can use things like Rescue Remedy or Feliway. It is important you keep him eating.

Cats grieve just like us and its just time, with lots of fuss and attention from their devoted slaves that will help.
They need reassurance that they are still loved and also that its not their fault that their best friend is not there any more.

Thank you. I have talked to him, I do everyday. I am all over him. Can up you please tell me what rescue remedy is. He is eating well and drinking well. But I will do anything to make him happy. I even thought of gettin him another friend but he takes a long time to warm up to other animals and even people.
:thanks:
This is a great place to be I dont feel like this  anymore you all understand

Am I right that you maybe in New York Momma?
In the UK Rescue Remedy is a herbal liquid thing that you can drop onto a cats food or water or put a drop behind their ears and its an anti stresser. Over here its made by Bach and it can also be taken by humans.
