Serif made a mistake when sending me some software, and sent a copy of this by mistake. Since I already have this version, this is brand new and unused. I've checked with Serif ad they're happy for me to pass it on, so no copyright issues ensue.
And since this is the most up to date version, I'm just going to copy/paste the description from Serif!
