Post by: Michelle (furbabystar) on December 14, 2006, 12:49:41 PM
Anyone used the "programme" injections before ?

I am getting really feed up with the spot-on and all the fussy and problems that come with it !!
My lot for the part couple of months have been really playing up when i do them and i think i am getting more on their fur than their skin!!  :censored:

Program is sort of  a flea contriception, it  prevents flea eggs and larvae from developing

All 37 of ours have this twice a year as it also contains wormer to - the new version does.  We live in a rural location and have no issues with fleas - thankgod as 20 are feral and it also kills ticks to so it works for us - Dogs are on the tablet version as one not available in injection form for dogs yet!

Just to add we also worm with milebex and drontal dependant on teh child it has to be fed to!

my vet told me you still have to use Spot On with this as it just sterlises the fleas, and doesnt' kill them, so I chose not to use it.
