I'm sure these have been discussed on here before. I so want one but its so decadent - I mean thaink what good £1000 would do but they're soooo nice.

I wonder if they'd offer any commission?
A girl can dream :wow:

I thought that was what we all were Angie! Gosh, we're worth £1,000? Do look nice though

LOL You read my mind ;D
I'd scratch anyone's cat, any place, any time for a flat rate £500 plus travelling expenses and any associated doctor's fees incurred in the course of said scratching activities ;D
Cheers

Wow!...they are amazing! I'd have to get rid of a sofa to make room in the flat! :wow: Interesting question, Angie - would I? - oh yes, most certainly! (I am a devoted kitty slave and know my place ), but could I? - well, sadly no - we have neither the space nor the fiscal attributes required! One day, tho....one day! :evillaugh:

I've just seen that they are at the show in Brum on Saturday - probably a good thing I can't make it then!!
Daft, I wear old clothes, my boots have been leaking for over a year and I buy a lot of last-day-in-date food at a discount but I might even tempt myself that I deserve a nice Xmas pressie.
I think I'd better go and lie down....

I've admired these cat scratchers for years! I sent for their brochure from the company in the Netherlands back in 1996 and said I'd have one of those - one day. Well more than 10 yrs on and that day hasnt come yet LOL! :( There was a lovely typed letter with the brochure, and the grammar and translation into English wasnt quite perfect LOL! - I'm afraid I found myself reading the letter with my best attempt at a Dutch accent!
In those days you used to be able to rent these scratchers as well as buy them. I considered that, but that wasnt cheap either really.

Would I....without a doubt if I had the money! ;)

Must take credit card.....
No.................
Must take credit card.... OK, if I do I probably won't like them and they probably won't be selling them.
If I don't then I'll want one immediately..........
No............. (butter!) :-[

I must be the only once that does not care for many of them. ;D

:Luv: they are great aren't they... my lot would go  over these!!!
Steep prices tho! phew.... mind you... does give me some ideas for hubby..... will let him see it later.. he's been on about building one for the kids for outside in their run... so this will give him some ideas!! ;)

well peeps, all those that drool over the posts tomorrow , hopefully you will see one with reserved on it. :-[
It wasn't a humungous one so it hasn't cost the £1000. If you see the stall owners do up and say hello and tell them you want to see the one angie bought - you never know they might even give me a discount when I get it tomorrow!!
-
Good for you :) You deserve a treat, even when the treat is treating the cats - I'm the same, I get more pleasure out of getting the boys new things than getting new things for myself.
