Got a phone call earlier from a lady asking about kittens. I said we didn't have any, so she asked what else we had in. I told her I had 2 in, and she asked what they were etc, she didn't seem too keen on Bellas description, but was keen with Rosie (I suspect it is because her last cat was a tabby), so she is coming to see her tomorrow, although they can't adopt her for a couple of weeks - I said it was fine to wait, she has been in the rescue for months, a few weeks wont make any difference, and she has shown an interest in coming to visit her a couple of times as well. So, she rang wanting a pair of kitttens, and is instead viewing a 13yo!!

Have everything crossed for Rosie tomorrow xx :)

Thanks, I do hope they like each other (would be even better if she would take Bella as well though - they dont really get on, but do tolerate each other)

Keeping fingers and toes crossed ;D

Fingers crossed for Rosie. I'm sure the lady won't regret it. We took all ours in as adults and love them to bits
(despite various problems :evillaugh: )

Thanks everyone - she is going on the 18th, so less than 2 weeks left with me - ironic that I was iffy at taking her on at first, and she has only been here 3 weeks before an offer of a home came about!! Her new mum is lovely, and she is certainly going to be spoiled - I had given them a fish tea cos of the fireworks, and she said tehy have a chippy every Fri and share with the cat, and chicken every Sun and share with the cat!! Plus a nice garden to potter about in. Its just a bit ironic she is about 5 mins away from the main rescue but wasn't ready for a cat while Rosie was still there!!
