Title: VAT FREE PENS

I assume rescues know that when you have a new fixed pens you do not have to pay VAT on them or the building work necessary to accommodate the pen. We get our forms from our HQ but I suppose the VAT office would be able to give more info

Not sure if it is for registered charities only but worth it for any charity to check. It can be a huge saving.
