How do they work? Do they just plug into the mains electric?? Are the filters expensive? Sorry i'm not very technical with gadgets

Purrs gets 5% of the value of any Zooplus order if you click through the link at the bottom of the page. If you order anything from vetuk then there are rescuses on here that get 5% of the order total if you click through one of their links.
