On the back of an old tub I have it says to give '1.5g (1 measure)' and the measure they provided was 2.5ml which is half a teaspoon.  Hope that helps!

When I first gave it to Jaffa I gave him slightly more than the recommended amt  :-[  -about 3/4 of a measure (just under half a teaspoon) twice a day.  Then after a few days I dropped it down to 1 measure once a day.
