Just a quicky to letcha know new crimbo cards and gift tags on shop with a Purrs logo design or your very own babe on personalised cards and gift tags. :)

Just went to odrer these and I want them to be like the example cards with Gizzy on ie. 'Merry Christmas from' and then 'Lucas & Riley' at the bottom. On the order form you specify your cats name in the first box and then you choose a 'short caption'. Is the 'Merry Christmas from' already there automatically or do I put that in as my short caption?

Yes Merry Christmas from is set on the card and you have the option of the cat's name or any name you like (ie the "name" can be "from us all" etc) and below the name you can have a short caption as weel if you like.
Ie
Lucas & Riley
"the lads"
or any short caption you like.
It's not clear your right hun so will change the description asap.

Couldn't resist ordering some of these, Max always sends cards anyway, so to have some personalised ones will be supercool :wow:
Have also pre-ordered a diary as well, easier to do it all in one go.

Do you know anyone with photoshop? You can get them to put 4 pics into one with a face in each corner so that it still fit in the circle nicely. I would offer but I don't have photshop!
My pic is long and thin so not ideal for the cards as we had to sacrifice their paws but it was just too cute not to have as the pic :Luv:

I use photoshop to do all the purrs graffics wirth me hubby Chappie who is our designer and he gives me the design template and i do all the rest, so i can pop 4 pics together. They would be smaller than if just having one or two on the cards but it can be done :) I can have a go to see if you liked the look of them in the card and if ya do you can order them.
We will be having some more personalized stationery up in the shop ie birthday and other greeting cards, fun gift certificates and if anyone has any ideas what they would like their babes on as stationery, i would love to hear and we maybe able to do them in the shop. :)

Firstly i want to buy some Purrs cards but want to send chq as my credit card has had a bashing lately.. Can someone tell me where to send it pls.
Also can we have some envelope savers with Purrs design on you know the sticky post it type things that are good for recyling envelopes.
I saw today also personalised cat food mats.. What a good idea.
Some plain cards would be great as well..
Labels perhaps for envelopes.
Notepads perhaps A5 size
Cat bowls also
Just a few suggestions.. I usually just go and buy nice stationary but it would be so nice if we had something for the charity..

If you make your order throught the shop when you get into check-out you will have an option of how to pay and if you select cheque it gives you the address ;D

Ta for wanting to buy the cards hun :) No probs with payoing by chq. Just go through ordering them in the shop then select chq payment at the checkout. It will give you all the details where to send it etc :)

The only things that would be difficult for me to do here (on me injet printer) would be the Post it pads and the Note pads with every page with a printed logo on (like a background) cause it would mean mass printing in a pad shape with a logo so expensive for me to do. I can only print off individually here so printing say 50 thin sheets then trying to put it in a pad shape is difficult. I could look into printing costs for these items but unless you order in mass it is also expensive sadly but i will have a look ;D
What we can do is ............
Cat bowls :)
i have here a sample of one where i can insert a personalised logo or persoanlised design in the bottom center circle. It is a touch plastic one with a rubber non slip bottom. They come in two sizes. This is a product to be added to the shop in next couple of weeks. ;D This wasn;t one of the 1st products in cause i am not sure if people prefer ceramic food bowls to touch plastic ones?
Ruth also had a look into ceramic ones where she would go to a clay studio and produce them there and we can still look in to this but it would be one Purrs design not personalised.
Cat feeding Mats :)
Hee hee already in hand :evillaugh:. I am waiting for the suppliers of the mouse mats frames to get in a much bigger size and then yes we can also do personalised feeding mats. ;D They will be the same material as the mouse mats which are heat resistant by the way so you can actually use them as place dinner mats too :) :)
Would anyone be interested in having say a set of 4 place mats with your cats on? You could have one of each or 4 of the same pic. :) If so i can get that product in the shop in next few weeks.
Personaized address labels
Yeap no probs there, i can print them off in sheets that you peel the small label off, so will design a label of a Purrs own logo and personalised ones and pop them in the shop in next few weeks ;D
As the Xmas cards have come out soo very well ( i have to admit they look very professional) will will def have persoanlized other cards like birthday ones and general blank ones for all occassions. :)
Once i get the diary fini, i can do some more stuff for the shop :)
Steve did a birthrday pressent for my dad at the weekend. They went on a break and my dad had a go on a horse and loved it so Steve thought of a design with him and a horse and came up with this so we made a mouse mat for him :) Dad's a hairdresser so hence his new name and Steve also popped his wife in too! Ha ha he loved it ;D

Id tags!! ;D well lol this is something i also have here already :evillaugh: They are 25mm wide in diameter and have a photo insert on one side and a metal back. I thought that i would have to put all the details in the photo insert side so there wouldn't be room for any Purrs logo or persoanlized pic but Hun you just solved by having the metal back engraved with the info ;D The engraving is something i couldn't do from here though.
Here are the pics of the products cat bowls and the id tags i have as example products not in shop yet. Wasn't sure if they would be liked or not.

yes, you put a 3 instead of 33 :-:, funnily enough who ever stays in 3 Sycamore Row must know my parent's, because
on the parcel written in pen was my folks address :shocked: still had to go down to the P.O. to collect it though :P :evillaugh:

I used to collect them stuart & had ALL the black cat ones :) unfortunately the kids broke em all one by one except for the last one which is now wrapped in a box in the loft :tired:

Spent £43 on Christmas cards on charity card site this morning, then saw this thread and couldn't resist. I swear I was going to skip sending cards this year and give money to charity. Now I've got to write them all :doh:

It runs separately From Purrs thats why we all have had to set up an account.

Yeap dat right anyone can order from shop. Even had a guy from Firebox site order a Da birdy the other week :)
He said it was the only online shop in UK he found that sells it and was very very pleased with the order ;D ;D ;D

My cards arrived yesterday Tan and they are just so LOVELY, infact they are FAB :Luv:
We had our mate round last night with his partner and she loves cats and thought they were absolutly fantastic. (she's also just about to get a kitten or cat from the local cpl :) )
The purrsnip fish well....... :shify: Cody was being a bit of a pain with my guests and exhibiting yob like behaviour attacking their feet and licking them so i was naughty and gave him his fish (meant to be xmas pressie) .... The um er fish doesnt look so much like a fish anymore and i had to take it off him in the end :shocked:
I'll have to get him some more :doh:

Had so many card orders that i now ran out of the card to prinnt them on and so has my supplier! :rofl: Managed to do all the orders so far (well 3 short on one order so they got a free shop gift)
Should get restocked with the cards next week.

I reckon these cards will be even bigger next year (orders not physical size :evillaugh: ) So atleast you'll have a better idea of popularity and what to expect, we could also maybe think about ordering fairly early on to prevent you living in front of the printer and in the post office, We mustnt forget you have a full time job that you do aswell ;)

Well i think this design is perfect for say a mug shot perhaps even 2 but maybe abit harder for 3 or 4 + cats, I like this years one myself but i suppse if i was ordering next year i'll need a different one coz i wouldnt want peeps to think i was a cheap skate and using ones left over from this year :evillaugh:

he really did love them, I only ordered 20 because I was going to send them to cat people only and the rescues/breeder that our cats came from but he wants me to send them to loads of other people so that's why I need another 20!
