Well just seen gorgeous Poppy in hers and mine has no piuctures just a tail :evillaugh: :evillaugh:
Recently I have been tripping down the garden in the early hours to look for Sasa who seemed to be missing and the nights had been mild for the time of year.
I never did find her but at least once she seemed to be in the house shortly after and put it diwn to madam just teasing me.
Last night, finally , by accoident discovered that madam has a hiding place and thank goodness I have found it!
I walked into the study to catch her coming out from under a cupboard in there and there are other things in front of it and the gap is only about 9 inches above floor. Its right near Misas desk and behind me when I am on the computer and I reckon thats where she has been going cos she can watch all of us and we didnt know she was so close.
I have been leaving her alone all summer cos she chose to be in a different room and then she was getting lonely and coming to demand that I go and play with her, then as many of you know she has started to come up and sniff my hand when I hold it out to her and even touched it with her paw,
I think that maybe this is another step in Sasas strategy for getting closer but without being seen cos she is feeling left out and she really doesnt want to be. ;D
That was my strategy cos felt that she really wanted to be part of family but she was too scared to get close and the birmans have been really persistant during the last two weeks and Franta wants to be on my lap all the time and I am under attck from cats LOL.
Misa doesnt like Franta being on my lap when he is on the desk and two days ago, Misa who is not a lap cat deciced when he saw Franta arriving , that it was Misa who would be a lapcat and much to Frantas horror Misa walked onto my lap and sat there sorta saying na na nana I got the lap so you cant
Soooooooo things are changing and my two big shy cats are getting tactical under pressure for attention by the birmans ;D

Sneaky girl! :Luv:

Aw, what a lovely story! I think your strategy is a sound one, better to let the cat call the shots!

Oh Gill. I'm really delighted for you (and Sasha for that matter). :wow:
You have shown patience above and beyond..... and I really think it is going to show benefits at some point. Sasha is such abeautiful girl with so much to offer when she feels it's safe to do so. So many of us have said time and again how rewarding it is to make the smallest progress with cats that have "ishoos". Bless the babe and don;t let her know that you know her "hiding" place!

Sorry Sasa! I didn't mean to call you Sasha!
-
Awwww bless the gorgeous Sasa :Luv:
Slowly, slowly catchy Monkey (or something like that :evillaugh: ) I think you are making great progress Gill

Well I am wondering where she is right now and I must not look under the cupboard just in case ;D
-
Wonderful news, sounds as if Sasha is gradually joing inwith the rest of the family ;D
