ok just wanted to know what every one uses and where you get it from
for instance for mopping floors cleaning bowls and litter tray thanks
-
For trays I use virkon tablets sometimes but often in a rush so use "Bugs away" spray - it says it kills 99.99% of germs in under 60 seconds, including salmonella, listeria & e-coli as well as viruses and MRSA. I get it in Wilkinsons. For floors I use Dettol apple "4 in one"

For bowls I use The dishwasher :evillaugh: - I always run it on 65 degrees
They share the wash with my guests' breakfast plates :evillaugh:

For bowls I use a tiny amount of regular detergent and then rinse well and wipe dry with tissue paper.
Litter tray - ordinary Dettox but shut the cats out the room and then again rinse thoroughly and dry it off.
-
For the litter tray I use Johnson's clean n safe litter tray cleaner (although I scrub the tray with washing up liquid first) from Pets at Home. With just one tray to clean, it lasts a long time.
For cleaning floors I tend to use a variety of floor wipes but I shut the door until it's dry so that the cats can't get it on their paws.
For general purpose cleaning I use Astonish paste which I get from Wilkinsons or Vinegar/water in a spray bottle (which I tend to buy ready made because I'm too lazy to do it myself). Sometimes I use dettol wipes because I like the smell of the pink grapefruit ones but I make sure the cats don't walk on surfaces I've wiped with those until they're dry as I'm not confident they are ok for pets.

Virkon for everything. Can be bought from vet or good pet shops.

We use Virkon and Vetoclean available from Animalcare

The best rule of thumb is if it turns white in water avoid it as it has phenols in it.

Veto clean is what i have been useing expensive through my vets though any on line places you can recomend thanks ;)

I would put a tray in each room until she gets over her fear of living. If she has access to a tray and still goes on the floor it would be best to get her wee checked by the vet. Crystals are really painful, could be why she is so unhappy.

Thanks ! Im at a point now were i dont know what to do marys peed again i just cant stop it !
For that we use (after a vet check of course to ensure no underlying problems) a spirit, whisky, brandy rum, gin and if that is too painful surgical.
