Title: kitten
Post by: motherhen5 on October 14, 2007, 16:05:27 PM
hi every1,

on behalf of parrt = people's animal rescue and rehoming team, covering northumberland and tyne and wear - (will rehomed further afield depending on circumstances)

we have a 7 wk old male brown tabby kitten in our care.he is the first in our care, from a large group of feral cats.

We would like to ask if someone1 would consider adopting him, and spend time with him to become socialised and friendly.

Please could you call parrts office number on 01665 711451, or email myself ( as i can forward messages on).

Parrt is on standby - as the colony from where this wee boys has come from, is very large.

I do have a picture of this wee boy - and hopefully will post it later today.

Awww, Stig is lovely.  :Luv: I'd love to help but I think I'm too far away and my cats wouldn't be very happy. Would they consider a foster home?

Never post phone numbers on the messages, always PM them so they are secure

Its an office number rather than personal number so I think we're ok to leave it BC, but yes people should be careful with posting personal numbers.

Was going to say the same as KB, that's the rehoming line so no different to having the number on the rescue website (if they have one).  Anyway, lets hope the number is engaged as Horza will hopefully be on the phone to them  :wow:

Hmmmmmmmmmm this is not good if you are running a rescue and peeps want to respond to something urgent.

I am pleased you are being persistent Horza cos most wouldnt be and the cat could lose a home or a fosterer.

Gill, that was a bit harsh, please do remember that us rescue people are volunteers, and may have other responsibilities that mean we sadly can't answer every single call as quickly as we would like.
Horza - fingers crossed for the check, it would be lovely for him to be with you.

Horza you passed one of Barbara's stringent home checks so I'm sure you'll have no problems with this one  :evillaugh: Fingers crossed that Marco and Polo soon have a new little brother. I'm very jealous, I'd love more but I'm not allowed as the council will only allow 2 cats.  :(

That's so great!

please tell me you're keeping his name The Stig? My husband loved that... and went onto say your next cat should be called The Hamster!

I like the name too.. he is very cute!

The hamster might confuse things though....  :evillaugh: although Jeremy is a cute name for a cat!
