Title: RIP Little One
Post by: sheryl on December 07, 2006, 19:02:04 PM
Was driving through our village on my way to work and a poor little tabby and white cat was dead in the middle of the road, I stopped and picked her up and gave her a cuddle even though she had already gone to the bridge, knocked on all the houses near by but nobody knew where she was from, I really didnt know what to do so I laid her on the grass verge and put an advert in the village shop, at 10am i got a phone call from her Mummy who thanked me for taking her out of the road and they have buried her in the garden, her name was Mischief and she was 15 months old.

RIP Mischeif - another one taken too  young , play hard at the bridge sweet one xxx

:( well done for at least taking her body out of harm's way and helping her mum to find her. It must have helped them hugely.

How kind of you and the fact that you did not just drive on as many folks do.
