It looks like a lovely place and how nice to have people that care xx

I had a cat cremated too and decided to bring her home so she is forever with me. Actually I have just had a daughter and named her after my cat, well one of my daughters middle names is the cats, So I will always remember her :) My sons middle name is after my eldest cat Ted. Mad I know lol.
Looks lovely, where is it?

Yes thats what I want to do with my cats and me when I go ;D
I clipped a bit of Renie's fur and I keep it in a little bag behind a photo of her.
Its it recent T.C's passing? At the time I found I wanted to be near Renie so I would lie on the bed and hold the box, as time has gone by I cannot do this anymore, it just brings back the hurt. I used to keep the box on top of a shelf where I could see it but now I have moved it out of sight. I have learned the pain never goes away if its always in view :shy:

I Know what you mean, Hamish is back home sitting on bedside shelf (which was His favorite place at 4am when he wanted food)
I did'nt like the urn that was offered, and got hold of a cat ornament, and with a wee drop of paint to change marking's
I'm now happy with it.
I have No fur of Hamish :(, although I think i might get some from the spare bedroom (under bed) But I have found Six of His Whisker's
which were embedded in an old cat bed. I'm So Glad for that !!
Raina, That place look's Really Nice !!

Aw... so bittersweet, it is nice that you found such a lovely place so part of him will forever stay close to you... I would have loved to have this done with Napoleone (my hamster who went over the bridge a little over a year ago) but I don't think there is such a custom in Italy.. :(

I've had all my cats individually cremated, this way they will be with me forever no matter where I move to :)
-
Thanks
i kept finding T.C's fur & foot prints everywhere!
when he was a kitten he walked across some wet cement so his foot prints will be there for a few more years
