I knew Leo loved water as he tried to get into the bath with me last week ! He just wasnt big enough to brave the jump !
I have just walked into the kitchen where I had the sink filled up ready for the mound of washing up I have that I couldnt be bothered to do last night & he has is sitting by the side of the sink with half of his front paw in the water !!! I think a couple of seconds later & he woulsd of got in.. I will take the box out thats sitting by the kitchen units (thats the only way I can see he got up!)
He is now cleaning his face with his wet paw & occasionally licking the soles of my feet as he has a wee foot fetish I think - he will even lick peoples socks  !!
I am soooo glad I got Leo.. he is my little mate ! After todays news at work I was really :censored: off to say the least.. I came home to him lying in his bright pink carrier with his little mouse purring his little head off - :Luv: :Luv:
Ahh a white baby Bengal Tiger is on the news.. He is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:

My Jasmine loved water. I've got a photo of her somewhere trying to get into the bath too :Luv:

Freaky  Maybe Leo and Riley should meet up ;D Am sat here slightly soggy after cuddling Riley after his play session in the sink :evillaugh: I was just thinking about running a really shallow (cool) bath and seeing if he'd like to play in it :sneaky:
P.S Where's the pics today? I'm getting Leo withdrawal symptoms :Luv:

smidgen spends a lot of time in the bath - even when I am showering. He had a fright the first time the shower went on, but now hangs around the dry end of the bath dipping his paws in the water and, even when it gets a bit deeper, he just stays there and gets wet. Makes a terribly slipery floor when he gets out so I try to shut him out before i get in the shower now. He also fell into the toilet once trying to catch the flush ... Water obsession in a cat - who'd have thought.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear :scared: Just ran a really shallow bath for Riley to play in, he got in himself but lets just say he couldn't get out quick enough :-: I did video it but it would be cruel to post it, he looks rather soggy, bedraggled and sorry for himself at the end :evillaugh:
-
ha ha ha ahhhh he didnt like it then ! Is mummy in the dog house ? :evillaugh:
-
No, he could never hold a grudge he's just so sweet :) I think because he got in himself he doesn't associate it with me being a mean Mummy. I've saved him two bits of pasta from my dinner as an apology, have put them on a plate on the worksurface for him so he thinks he's managed to 'steal' them :sneaky:

Mosi's just had a leg bathed! I plunged his paw in a sinkful of water to get the litter out of his cut. For a cat who likes water, he didn't half make a fuss about it. Not too keen on being forced to stand in water. It won't stop him trying to get in the shower with me tomorrow though.

Kitty always sits right beside the bath when one of us are in and the other day she jumped on to the side and nearly slipped in  When there is no water in the bath she jumps in there and runs around in it
-
Misread post at first - thought you were getting bengal tiger. You'd need a pretty big litter tray.

ha ha thats funny - I wish I could - if they stayed baby size that would be ace ! Imagine.. :Luv: :Luv:

This is something of a possibility for Oliver too. He doesn't seem to have the typical fear for water, like a splash of water on him doesn't faze him, he would keep on sitting there and take it calmly. Also once he fell into our loo and though at that time he was rather freaked but it doesn't keep him from having a go at our loo anew, we kept seeing paw prints inside... so we have to make sure the lid is closed at all time!!
