Not sure if this has already been posted but just checked the website and saw this great news!

Ha! I've been using it a bit now and it is brilliant. I also discovered by accident that one of those "sack" toys covered in catnip is a fabulous distraction. He how attacks that while I do his 'pits. He's actually starting to like groomy time now...I think  ;)

I was thinking of getting one of those clippers - think I might order one now. ;)

For people who donate £5 a month or more there's access to a special monthly newsletter.  I sorted out my access the other night and its really good!

I can definately recommend it. Smokey is sometimes quite a playful, troublesome cat but now grooming is part of our playtime. He now looks the same size as our British Blue but when he came to us he was lots smaller. This wasn't lack of food, just the shabby state of his fur. It used to hang and look lank but now it sticks out and looks like blue cotton wool! The clipper was part of showing him that grooming is fun and good bonding.

Go on, you know you want to!  ;)

Which one did you get the small blue one or the manual ones?

The little blue ones. You've seen what a difference grooming has made to him on the other thread and he wasn't easy to start with.

I use it on the bottoms of his feet (when they get little mats), his armpits and his chin and always on the longest setting. Sometimes he licks his chest area and ends up with half of his chin fur in his mouth  :Luv:

Wahl I believe. You can buy them at PAH but if you get them from Chapelhouse, you help a wonderful charity and get a nice package in the post with cute stickers on it!

You can pay by Paypal, it's dead easy and they arrived within a couple of days.

if they are really small I think I have them (from Argos) but they aren't any good for Star, only thing I managed to do was cut her whiskers off!
