Well they'r both Tabby but one of them is quite black.
Just a short post because we'r expecting people around in a bit but we picked up our cats yesterday after seeing them last week and these are fantastic creatures!
We spent all evening with them in our Kitchen / Breakfast area and played with them a plenty. Then when they looked tired Saffi sneaked into our living room and then all hell broke lose again! They were like two galloping horses, playing together etc. Yet they only claw in the Kitchen area which is where their scratch post is.
On the evening we put them back in the Kitchen and we did have an accident, so we moved the cat litter closer to them and now they go to the toilet properly!
Was watching football earlier and they both came upto me and went to sleep - they are great purrers. :)
Anyway, here's some pictures!

aww they are so cute ;D
-
How adorable both of them!! Through the pictures I could feel the excitement and joy ;D :wow:
But did they actually stay calm while you were watching the footie? I haven't tried with Ollie (who's been with us for 2 weeks now) but Hobbes, the one I had many years ago LOVED chasing after little football players, also alpine skiers and figure skaters on the television!! :evillaugh:

Aww - how tiny and cute are they! :Luv: :Luv: They are gorgeous.

sorry for the lack of replies (and pics hehe). But Iv been really busy all week.
They seem to go through a cycle of mostly playing and then sleeping for a little while. But its so nice that when I get back home from work, we stroke them and when we stop (to do washing up or whatever) they meow for us to stroke them! and then they start purring
Last week, Donna was watching TV and Saffi lay backwards on her with one paw outstretched out over her leg. I'l upload the pic and more soon!
-
They're adorable... :Luv:
The funniest thing at that age is when they tear around the place like lunatics, then suddenly collapse into a deep sleep in the middle of the floor. :evillaugh:
-
So, so cute! :Luv:
-
Cheers for the replies guys! Saffi is into everything, whereas Moss is more laid back...infact, we found Saffi trying to climb the curtains on saturday! But after telling her no and removing her, she hasnt tried it since. But she does seem a bit hyper.
So funny when they play fight though because Moss, is definetly more submissive, and he lies on his back..then when Saffi's eyes are diverted by a noise on the TV, he rolls out a paw to get Saffi's attention and they start fighting again hehe
But when that has stopped, they come to us for some loving...

Hi Steve1977,
Your kittens are real cutie pies :Luv: :Luv: they look really playful!, how old are they? :)
-
11 weeks this week!
-
Have they had their vaccinations yet?, not sure when they have them, mine r going to the vets tomorrow for a check up as Twinkle was kept outside and stopped feeding from her mum early, were your 2 okay at the vets? (if youve taken them) :Luv: :Luv:
-
We went to a Charity shop called 'Friends of the Animals' to help with the costs of the vaccinations and its costing us £70 for a full course of innoculations for them both. They then had a list of surgeons in the area and we tentaitvely went there...and we were suprised how nice it was!
When we kept Rodents we went to another place and we sort of trusted it, so to go to a new place was not an avenue we really wanted to explore but the place was great. It had newspaper clippings on the wall based on awards it has won etc. Plus the staff were really friendly.
Moss and Saffi were both well behaved, the vet was taken aback by Moss in particular and gave him a cuddle. Saffi was into everything and trying to jump off the table - although I had took the laser pen just incase I needed to get her attention hehe.
Didnt have any crying from them though and they were extremely brave! The vet then gave us a pack each and it consisted of a load of food, a handy leaflet which was more like a mini publication on how to look after cats/kittens and two balls! Which they love more than the more expensive balls we brought for them! lol
EDIT: Back to the vets in 2 1/2 weeks for the next course of injections.
