Title: Scotia Cat Fanciers Championship Show 2007

Rainbow attended her debut GCCF show today and I am delighted to say she won Best of Breed!!! As well as this she got a first for her open class (brown marble bengal kitten) and a first for the best kitten 3-6 months.  I am so thrilled as you can imagine and she thoroughly enjoyed the day too.

Thanks everyone,

Ruth, Rainbow did have a certain glow about her today and certainly won over all who met her  :Luv:  I was so thrilled when she won best of her breed and best kitten (she was up against some fabulous abys for that one).

I also met a Laperm for the first time in the flesh, a son of Big who is also Cody's dad  :)

The little lass looks really quite chilled out about the whole thing - that's pretty good for a first show outing.  ;D Oh heck, we'll get you hooked on showing yet, Linda!  :evillaugh:

I am very pleased with Rainbows results, in her side class she was up against another 10 kittens (some bengals, some other breeds) so to get placed first is absolutely brilliant. 

The household pets section was fab too, the boy who won best was a fabulous big red boy and he was simply amazing  :Luv:

I do have another one coming up although this time its TICA  ;)

At my next show I plan on showing both Velvet and Rainbow and then will probably take Roxy out later this year  ;)

I was soo in love with the abys at the show, the best cat in show overall in the foriegn section was indeed an aby!!!  I even got to stroke one and the pelt was like silk.  I love my benglys but one day I will have my aby boy :Luv:
