A phone call just received.
Caller: Have you got a cat under one or a kitten.
Me: (Gut feeling already after those few words, no way.) Where do you live please?
Caller: Chesterfield
Me: Sorry what road do you live on?
Caller: What do you want to know for.
Me: I explained that we needed to know as we may have a cat that had been handed in from near where he lives
and we wouldn't be able to home it there and also we needed to come and see him.
Caller: Oh!
Me: What road do you live on please?
Caller: No 3
Me: No 3 what road?
Caller: No 3
Me: No 3 what road?
Caller: xxxx xx
Me: I can't be bothered to write the rest but I am sure you know he was not going to have a dying flea from me.

Do people like this honestly think that anyone who cares for cats would let them within a hundred miles of homing one. Can't you find just one flea to send? :P
