Another da bird success story! Great pics.
I don't know how everyone else manages to get these great pics of their cats playing with da bird. I just can't wave the thing around with one hand and take a pic with the camera in the other. It's hard enough taking pics of them running around without holding the da bird.

Great pics :sneaky:
Susanne you can borrow my daughter, she takes great pics :evillaugh:

Bless :Luv: Do you manage to play with it without shouting out 'Woo Hoo' every time they jump in the air? :evillaugh: I can't!

Brilliant action pics. They look like they're having such a fun time. How old are your raggie babies now? My 2 are half raggie and I was kind of expecting them to be a bit more fluffy, so I was just comparing!! Yours are gorgeous!

YES!! It goes something like this ...... "whuuuhooo, here it comes, watch da birdy, he's coming, nice jump, well done Polly Pocket, you're a clever girl, no bring it back now, don't take it in your tent, your go Mr Fergus, yay clever catch, oooh, mind your head"

They are around 6 months old now.
cost me £800 each but I think they are priceless.
I know its a lot of money but I have always wanted ragdolls.
Yours will probably get more fluffy as winter comes.

Da Bird is the best toy. My Bengal's go mad for it. Poor Thai my DSH little girl don't get a look in.
-
Great pictures and lovely puddy cats :Luv:
-
Scuse my ignorance but what are raggies - ragdoll cats? In the pics they look something like birmans. I'm probably way out but anyway they're so pretty.
-
Hi.
They are Ragdolls.
The Ragdoll cat is a delightful breed with a gentle, loving nature. They have a muscular build and are said to be the largest of all domesticated cats with neutered males sometimes weighing up to 20lbs. All Ragdolls are colourpointed, so their face, ears, tail and legs are darker in colour than the rest of the body. They are born completely white or cream in colour and the points begin to develop just a few days after birth. Ragdolls are slow to mature and they do not reach their full size or obtain their final coat quality and depth of colouration, until they are about four years old. When mature, Ragdolls have thick, silky, semi-longhaired coats with a neck ruff and knickerbockers on their hind legs. Their large, oval eyes are always blue and for the purposes of showing, the deeper the colour, the better.

You can tell they are not birmans cos birmans have white feet but they now breed raggies with white feet too..........sigh
-
My 2 are half raggie and I was kind of expecting them to be a bit more fluffy,
That depends on what the other half is! The gene for longhair is recessive, so if the non raggie parent of yours was not long haired, your kits might have short hair despite being half raggie.

they are so lovely philip! how are you getting on with all the grooming? I've ordered da bird for my lot for christmas (sad but true!!) I'm hoping they will love it

Edited to add: First time around I was distracted by the gorgeous subject matters, but I noticed now they really love that cozy chairs too don't they :evillaugh:
