Well... after hearing about how much Lukey and Riley love their DairyLea I bought a box whilst grocery shopping. I also bought a bottle of white wine for cooking.
So as I'm cooking I think to myself. Sam, I am sure it was Sam, said that the cork is a fab toy. So I put the cork aside.
The Dairylea 5p size blob I gave Lexy landed up all over her fur. Why you ask? I'll tell you why. Because she loved it so much she couldn't get to it fast enough, so I have a cat that cleaned herself more than she should have and sicked up a furball.. with some Dairylea in it! >:(
The cork is at this moment flying all over the house... much to my neighbours bemusement....I think the 50th time it hit the corner at high speed they had to bang on their ceiling... well they keep me up at night sometimes so I guess the cork isn't going to picked up anytime soon :evillaugh:
So I blame the two of you for giving me ideas and making me think! :evillaugh:

...well yearse, there's nothing more annoyin' than havin' to think now .... :-:

In that case, Toby highly recommends a sheet of newspaper spread on the floor...
-
:innocent: Not me .... I always recommend ping pong balls :evillaugh: ... but I'm glad you are having fun
-
My cats love rolled up tin foil, infact Ging goes crazy for it and he's 17 now,we are only glad to give you ideas Ruth you know :evillaugh:

:innocent: Not me .... I always recommend ping pong balls :evillaugh: ... but I'm glad you are having fun
A walnut is pretty effective too - besides, it makes more noise... :evillaugh:
-
Hey what about the cork covered in dairyLea :evillaugh: Lex cna spend age liking it off then have a good chase after :evillaugh: ;D ;D ;D ;D

The Dairylea 5p size blob I gave Lexy
Poor, poor Lexy - a 5p sized blob :what: Rationing ended over 50 years ago you know :innocent:
-
Please can Lexy come and show mine how nice dairylea blobs are
-
Thank you for the sympathy you lot! Seriously. Dairylea blobs on Lexy's fur.... looks so yucky but she loves it!
Rationing still exists in my house where you have a lazy cat who is picky about what she eats. Besides, if I gave her the whole triangle I'd be back on poo watch
Witty, Lexy refuses to walk on newspaper. Don't think she likes it :evillaugh:
Mind you the cork woke me up this morning.. It was banging down the stairs at 6am :evillaugh:

I second the walnut shell, definately much louder than a cork :evillaugh:
Spikes fav is a tin foil ball or ping pongs, we had 12 and i cant find any :shify:
