Title: Zooplus 10% off - no need to be a new customer

I placed an order with Zooplus and because I wanted it delivered to work I registered a new account ie gave a different email address.  I used the exact same card as before but it doesn't seem to have 'remembered' me as it gave me 10% off my order as a new customer.
