Title: Pet cages & offers - Argos
Post by: jetcleo on August 26, 2007, 07:59:30 AM
Now until 18th September Argos have offers on a couple of cat items,

1)Paw print scratcher / house was 24.99 now 16.66
2) Fur radiator bed - was 8.99 now 6.99
3) Pet cages:
small (49x32x40cm) was 24.99 now 19.99
medium (77x54x64cm) was 36.99 now 29.59
large (73x91x63cm) was 49.99 now 39.99

I bought the medium cage yesterday and it is well big enough for a cat to sleep play and do whatever in on a temporary basis (in my case introducing my new man to his housemates)

I am having visions of a new suitor being locked in the cage until the cats decide it is safe for him to come out

Ha ha yes it does read like that doesn't it     I can assure you all he won't be in there waving a white flag asking to come out.  It's just for him to have to settle in his new house lol (a retreat)

having just moved in, and having a pile of some 26 cartons of books awaiting the construction of shelving, I have no need for such artificial devices. Esther simply took herself into the pile and found a space where she sat when she wanted solitude. She is presently sprawled across the dog's bed while the dog is curled up in a tight corner looking disgruntled. The on-going battle for supremacy is presently Dog, bottom of the pile (quel surprise), Esther next up the line and Smidgen firmly in the lead which is not bad going since he is the youngest by a country mile. But he is a boy and an aby cross so I guess that explains it.
