-
Aww, fingers crossed for him.

Do you have a CatChat page www.catchat.org .... I'm sure if this boy become a "featured" kitty he will soon have a new home.

Aw poor babe, 4 years is an awful long time :( Can't understand why nobody's fallen in love with him :Luv:
-
Now, I'm confused.... :scared:
I've just taken a look at that site and it says Max is 10 months old. :shy:
Maybe they need to update? :tired:
Oops! Was looking at the wrong cat! :-[

This rescue is one of the many that dont rehome outside their area, that could be why animals are are so long in rescues?
-
Not that I'm an expert on Scotish Isles, but from the map there's only about 20 houses for miles.... :shify:
-
In that case they may be limiting their options
-
Pink the rescue is in Oban

That's why I asked - it confused me

poor baby hope he finds a forever home real soon

I've just looked it up and the population of Oban is 8500 - impressive! :wow: But this includes all ages. For the rescue to completely empty their pens, I reckon (not scientific measurements) they would have to get around 2 cats rehomed in every single road in the town.
It's a big ask.... :(

Aww I hope this cutie finds a forever home soon!
4 years is a long wait.
Wonder if they'd let someone in a different area do a home check on their behalf? To help Max's chances...

Max is adorable, looks a bitty like my Bob,
would be confusing around here shouting Max in for his dinner as we already have a Max
Hope he gets homed soon, why do they not adopt outside Oban, I'm confused..............so whats new I hear you cry...........

Its cos they cant do homeckecks out their area as they dont have the folk to do them & i dont think they are keen for anyone else to do them? I know a few rescues dont rehome out their area as they dont have the manpower

Could they not ask for a letter from vet if people already have pets, i've heard that done before,
aww hope Max gets somewhere soon, hes lovely :Luv:
