Right iv just made a small order for the first time on zooplus & Iv not had any confromation email yet?   Do i get one?   I think if im right its a german company so how long do i wait for the order before i start panicking  :Crazy:

They usually send a confirmation email then follow-up emails tracking progress. I'd wait 24 hours before panicking - as you say they are german and therefore very methodical but reliable...

Lets not forget they are an hour ahead and properly gone home for the day, thats if they have a human in the loop :)

Mmm got an email saying me wee order has been dispached today so dont know when ill get it?

Usually takes between 2 and 4 working days

Yes usually within a couple of days, their service is usually super.

if they get the order correct and not just send various amounts of dog food :rofl:

still not sent it back hmm must do that tomorrow
