Who's watching Big Cat Diary. Isn't Toto beautiful? I'm so in love.... :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:

I have been an addict of BCD and love it. But I am also amazed at Planet Earth as well. This week they have a piece on one of the most endangered big cats in the world the Amur Leopard. There are only around 50 left in the wild, beutiful creatures, so make sure you watch the prog on Sunday to catch a glimpse. Anyhow interest in knowing more about the leopard should "google" poor cats have just about everyone out to get them, along with Tigers that have an uphill struggle to survive on Planet Earth.

Will def watch Sunday. I'm such a fan. I know its not much, but I adopted Roque the Tiger from Born Free not too long before he was sent to India to roam in his new home. Wish I could do more. I know signing up for petitions and campaigning is doing something, but its always on the side lines and I want to do more for these cats. I just want to win the petmillions so I can give up work and dedicate my time to helping rescues and time to the foundation.

I've just got one thing to say and that's "....Run Toto, run!" :scared:
-
But I :catlove: him...

Me too, that's just what I was yelling at the TV when the baboons were gaining on him.(Much to the amusement of my partner, who thought it highly funny I was trying to 'help' Toto survive!)

it really annoys me when they say "we can't intervene" why not ? they could toot their horn or something . Its silly saying we musn't interfere with nature we are part of nature ? and frankly its a bit too late anyway, we might as well intervene if it means helping an endangered species.
