All Points Bulletin!
I would like to buy a couple of stainless steel food bowls for Blip :Luv:
We are nowhere near a PAH and I havent found what we need locally. Anyone know of somewhere that sells such bowls? It goes without saying that I will happily repay or donate to a preferred rescue if one of you can supply such a thing...
:thanks:
-
Christine I have several that I dont use you are welcome to them, even gave some to Christy`s dad to offload them.
-
Deal, Teresa.
Please would you send me two bowls and I will refund the postage and make whatever donation you feel appropriate for them ;)
:thanks:
-
Although you are now sorted Christine (Blip) if anyone else is looking, Wilkinsons do these bowls and much, much cheaper that any others I have found.
-
I bought mine at poundland
-
Horza do you have cats? Cos i see your stashing up on stuff but not giving any pics, c'mon fess up! :evillaugh:
-
I on a waiting list :)
also have a homecheck on Monday scheduled. :)
-
Ooo yay! Good luck with the homecheck :luck:
How many would you like?
-
2 kittens fingers crossed :) but if it takes too long and start back at work then will have to be two cats as I live on my own now and wouldn't want to leave kittens on their own from the off

Sensible man! Your home would be destroyed
-
mine hasn't been destroyed (at least so far) but make sure they have plenty of toys, towers and alternative entertainment to the curtains and upholstery ...
-
just got a new leathe suite too :)
what do you rate its chances as?
I have two towers for them plus a ruddy great box of toys, hope its enough :)

The distressed look will make it look like a family heirloom - very classy :evillaugh:
-
thanks feel better already :)

I fear for the safety of your leather sofas :scared: That's pretty much the only thing that has been scratched in my house, not through them sharpening their claws on it but by leaping 6 foot off the cat tree at speed onto the sofa then doing a running scramble/leap onto the floor :innocent: I still have half a box of untouched, still in the packet toys and if your previous posts are anything to go by I think you will have too, like MM says you seem to be stockpiling kitty stuff :evillaugh:
Looking forward to their arrival, and the pics of course :)

maybe I can wrap my sofa's in brown paper :)
Yep all set now just got to buy litter and food and really need to find out what they are currently on before doing that

Oooh yes, they'd love that - brown paper is so much fun :wow:
-
Brown paper stuffed with leather, now that sounds likes fun :evillaugh:
-
Might have to rethink that then :)
Does anyone know where I can buy Kevlar by the metre :)
-
I think it's bubble wrap you need - it discourages scratching and protects agains flying moggie footprints. Still, if you have animals the furniture takes second place - at least in my house. My lovely new lounge suite looked lovely for about a month, it is now a little frayed around the edges. Still, you know how they define middle class, 'of course, they had to buy their furniture'. The implication being that if you are of the upper class your furnishings are inherited. Think about it as your kitty elevating you to nob status!!
-
nob status!!
WHAT :)
-
Cleo, aged 15 months, still decided it was fun to cilmb up the curtains last night so it could take a while until your furniture is safe !
-
still knew was getting kitties when I got the suite so only got myself to blame :)
maybe I could ask them politely to abstain from scratching them lol :)

And I shall reclaim this thread :evillaugh: and thank Teresa for sending me two stainless steel bowls for Blip. Purrfect, T, and it just goes to show what a person you are, that you found time to package those up for me between saving a great many lives.
I take my hat off to you, again. If only there were more people like you...
:Luv:
