i got a confirmation email from them on the 26th and i still have not received the goods?

do they usually take this long? gosh im so impatient!

i couldnt have missed them because either me or the oh have been in all week

That's onlty 2 working days!  Give them another day or 2!

have you got an order shipped email yet?

they may be waiting for stock or something, they usually email when the order is diepatched.
