Just seen a BBC News 24 - within the next hour they have an interview with a cheif vet from CP HQ
It's official. This year is one of the worse for a long time for levels of unwanted kittens. It's countrywide.
:( :( :(

Well, my local branch of CP is currently choca with cats - they've even had to split some pens in two to take them all in. And my friend who fosters oldies for them has had to take a pen full of kittens in her spare room...
It's so sad really. Shame I'm not in a position to foster for them - trouble is, as a freelance I can't guarantee my whereabouts from one day to the next... :(

Well, this report would appear to have done some good! ;) I've done 2 homechecks this morning for Canterbury CP of folks who saw this article and called to offer homes. :wow: Both we're successful. :Luv:

Really glad it's helped a bit.
Loved that they used the Cure as the soundtrack ;)
