yep, about two to five days. My lot (7 packages) came in two stages.

My last order went in on a saturday and it was delivered on the following wednesday. Previous order on a friday and delivered the following tuesday. So about 2-3 working days.

cool thats good to know.

If they use Royal Mail dont forget about the postal strike :(

Someone told me that if you select DHL to deliver instead of GLS (or whatever it is) that is 'pre-selected' that the packages come a lot quicker and that they are also not as bashed around as when delivered by Royal Mail. It costs the same whichever option you select, I ordered something yesterday and selected DHL so will let you know ;)

I noticed that Helen but couldnt remember which way around it was :thanks:

i chose dhl because i had never heard of the other company lol

I avoid DHL simply because the nearest depot is nr warrington so it's a heck of a way to have to go and collect a parcel.
I chose the other one last time and they delivered quickly. seemed well packaged and not damaged this time too, but that might be because the delivery bod left it in the corridor outside my flat when they found I wasn't in rather than taking it back to the depot (rather naughty really as it was blocking the corridor, but I was happy to see it there when I got home since it saved me having to take time off work for a re-delivery). Parcels used to be deliverd by parcelforce but I don't know if that's changed now. The one before last was left at a post office for me (I didn't request that) which was a bit odd and rather inconvenient. Not sure who the courier was but I didn't select DHL so I would imagine it was the other one.
edit - now that I come to think of it - the time before last it was parcelforce because I only found out it was at a post office when parcelforce sent me a letter. so I'd guess the other one is parcelforce at this end.

parcelforce are they 'partner' delivery service.
ZOOPlus are usually very good - which is why the last lot I collected from them was a shock as it was not packed well and the parcel had split. I've emailed them to ask for a refund on the couple of tins I didn't get and I'm sure they will sort something out.
