Awww the cats look so happy in their tents :Luv: What size are they? I wanted to get one for this pair but wasn't sure if they would fit in it lol.

They are definitely big enough for one of yours, two would fit but it would be quite cosy I'd imagine :evillaugh:

Oh my the tents have a tail too
all the cats seem to love them ;D
-
Wow those tents look good! Is that a little peekhole in the back of them??
-
Yes there is a peek hole on the back, and two little ones on each side at the bottom. Its the peek holes that make them tip the tent over!!
Chutney has also jumped on the tent with her full weight whilst mango was inside, which sent mango scooting out. Kind of reminf=ded me of stamping on a tube of toothpaste if you catch my drift....
-
Great pics :) They really look like they are enjoying themselves. May I just say what fantastic names they have too - Mango and Chutney

Looks like my husband and I will have to go visit Lakeside !!!! We've got some time off in August, so I think I know what we'll be doing!!! :wow:

-
That video is hilarious Dawn.. I think you might need another one...
-
Excellent vid :evillaugh:

I just let out a HUGE gufaw here at work when I saw that. That's brilliant! :evillaugh:

Every time I watch Doc burst out of the tent in the beginning it makes me laugh :evillaugh:
I have lots of videos now (all cats of course!) don't tempt me - its my new obsession ;D

MORE MORE MORE Dawn... pwease. I understand your obession.

Okay okay you asked for it :evillaugh:
Here is Gerti with the only thing she really plays with - her little mouse - she likes carrying it around in her mouth and kept taking it into the tent to beat the life out of it

Hope you like them

Loved the first one Dawn as I missed that episode of cora' street
-
I think Doc's mother must have been 'frightened' by a burmese stranger!!!
-
I love these videos ;D
Do you always carry a camera cos I never have mine when something good is happening
-

Gill, I normally always miss out when they are doing something cause I normally have left my phone elsewhere and by the time I run to get it they have stopped what they are doing! Anything that happens I am shouting "wheres my phone?!" to OH cause I want to get it - I love videos, but they arent very good quality :(
Purrlishious - the cats even interrupt my corrie doing cute things (cheek!) and of course I have to try and get it on video so I wasn't paying much attention
BC - I see what you mean - I think this sounds alot like Doc too:
"Burmese are extremely people-oriented; their personalities are almost dog-like in a tendency to shadow their owners and in a desire to give and receive affection."
He even wags his tail like a dog when he is happy, not very cat like at all :heeee heeee:
Sorry to hijack the thread but can't resist posting this lovely picture of him :Luv:
Hope it works!
-
yup, the face, the eyes, the ear placement/shape and the personality!!! what more can I say?
-
They're brill Dawn ;D
That music on the last one is the alarm my o/h has on his phone alarm clock to wake him up every morning, Max likes it as well, when he hears it he'll come up to the top of the bed for some whisker tickles :evillaugh:

Awwww, his face looks very like my Swamp, the burmese hooligan . However His Swampness says any resemblance to a 'dog' is highly offensive. A 'god' maybe lol. They are hopeless without people though, that's true. They'll stop sleeping and change room if you do and they do demand constant interaction - play, affection, special games. They are amazingly good company.....however not that easy to ignore when you are trying to work from home hee hee. Very 'helpful'. And as kittens - well, my brother once watched the Swamp flying around the place at 11pm each night and remarked "not exactly the best choice of cat for a little old lady, the burmese, is it?" Now you've reminded me, Swamp lost all his babyteeth while biting OH's arm and being swung around violently -he LOVED that. When I see my little old man lovesponge now...aww.
that's a lovely pic of your boy. He's purr-fect :)

Awww I think a picture is needed! Have I missed one you might have already posted? :shify:

That sounds like Doc! :heeee heeee: I wonder if my moggie has got some Burmese in him then? :-:
He hates being left in one room when you are in another, he will wait outside the bathroom if I am having a shower, will sit in the window (or sleep) waiting for you to come home if you are out and if you are trying to get ready for work and not looking at him he makes lots and lots of noise! (he has a habit of going around making brr brr brr brr noises or really vocal meows, I think he will just start talking one day  )
He is not at ALL nervous of new people that come into the house - Cheese will be cautious, Gerti will hide under the stairs but Doc is jumping up at them for pets or rubbing on their legs - or trying to jump onto their shoulders
Oh and an empty lap doesn't exist in our house :evillaugh: not for very long anyway!
