I'm starting to think that the boys may have some Bengal blood in them :sneaky:
Riley is obsessed with water, he knocks his water bowl over on a daily basis, it is a very deep, heavy bowl yet he manages to drag it half way across the kitchen emptying it of it's contents along the way, the food bowls remain in position. I have started to squirt a water pistol through the front door as I come in so that he associates the front door with negative thoughts (he kept trying to barge his way out when I was coming in). The first few times he scarpered but now he stands full on to the door and waits for his 'prize' - getting wet. This morning I got out of the shower and while there was still loads of water running away he must have jumped in as I found him in the living room soaking wet, not just his feet but his tummy aswell so he must have been lying down.
Lucas seems to have developed a Bengal 'yowl' that is used for anything such as 'yowl' - I'm hungry, 'yowl' - I'm bored, 'yowl' - just look at me, 'yowl' - stroke me etc etc
Markings wise Lukey has a 'Bengal' spotty tummy, Riley has a perfectly shadow ringed tail and shadow spots all over his grey bits, by shadow I mean the spots/rings are darker than his coat colour.
So, what do you think? Bengal blood or backstreet tabby? :evillaugh:

Certainly sounds like they behave 'bengal' whether they have the blood or not :evillaugh:

Does it really matter , they are so wonderful and right characters by the sound of it ;D

They'll be 5 months old on the 19th :)
I have decided to give the boys an honourary pedigree name just in case Dad was indeed a Bengal :evillaugh: My prefix is Scrumptious so Riley is: Scrumptious Get-down-you'll-hurt-yourself Riley and Lucas is: Scrumptious No-it's-not-for-you-give-it-back Lucas. He's a bit like a magpie crossed with a dog and runs away with anything that will fit in his mouth
That belly....its just a "tickle me now" kind :Luv:
Well Lukey's obsession is actually his tummy, he doesn't really like being held (which Riley would do all day if he had the choice) but he'll come up to me, start paddling and then flop down and flip over like he's just been shot and demand his belly is rubbed. I rub it for a few mins and then when I stop he'll shoot up and then flop down and flip over again for it to be rubbed continuously :)

I wouldn't have thought so with the colouring, and I have had black and whites obsessed with water, so it isn't restricted to Bengals. You will never know, so just enjoy their personalities.
