Just to let you know that Bourne vets in Bekesbourne, Kent are hosting a talk by feline
>behaviourist, Vicky Halls. Its on Monday 16th July at 8pm in Bridge village hall (was originally meant to be at surgery but needed a bigger venue due to demand.
I have no idea if its full up now and not sure if it free (but i think so) but anyone wants to give Bourne a ring to find out more tel 01227 832322, may have details on their website... I hope to go if i can get a lift.........
Just thought i would spread the word being such a well know behaviourist she probably dosnt come this way very often. Although i do think she lives in Kent now.

I have to say Vicky is brilliant and if any has the chance to go to any of her talks it would be very well worth it. ;D
Thanks for posting this Sharon :Luv:

Found out that this event is free, but you need to contact Bourne to give them your details and so they have enough space for everyone..
-
I have booked my place ;D
-
I can't get there. :(
-
Shame,
They said there are some spaces left.
-
>:( Harumph! Enough said, really.
-
To far for me to come :(
-
Looking forward to this tonight - I doubt that she will have time for individual advice but I guess they will be giving cards out to book a private session :evillaugh:
-
Enjoy it Mark. :) I think she's ace. ;D
-
The thing is, I've been up since 5am (after going to bed at 1am) and have a lot of work to do - hope I have the energy for tonight (may a few zzzzz's later :evillaugh: )
-
Hey, if the Spanish are allowed siestas why not us? (We've got more reason to really, one look out of the window at the grey clouds and it makes you want to climb back under your duvet again! ;) )
-
Its warm & sunny here :evillaugh:
-
You're just mean, d'you know that?! ;)
-
If its any consolation, I'm so tired and had to do 2 cat runs from the vet so only got in 15 minutes ago. Haven't eaten yet either so will have to skip the lecture. I really don't think its safe driving any more today.
Never mind :(
-
Awww, Mark. Just because I was really jealous doesn't mean I wanted you to miss it too.
Poor you, get yourself a nice cuppa and watch some trash TV! :)
-
I know you didn't want me to miss it but not feeling too great. When I went to the vets, I was driving and wanted to turn right and went through the red light . By the time I dropped the 2 cats to different fosterers, I was really wobbly and had to nap - went to sleep at 7pm and woke at 9.30pm :tired:
No doubt, will be wide awake til 2am now
Have a nice Tesco finest lasagne & chips in the oven now :drool; so going to take it easy for a change
-
Good for you! :) Hope you're feeling better today.
-
Much better today thanks - I now regret not going but I really felt rough yesterday so wouldn't have been a good idea. I just hope they didn't have to turn someone down and ended up with an empty chair.
-
I'm sure Vicky will do another talk somewhere near you. And I doubt there were many empty seats so one won't hurt!
Glad you're feeling better. :)
