I'm lending a friend my camcorder so was rewinding the video that was in the camera which I thought was of my brother in a stunt plane, I looked up and there she was - my little girl :'( She was so beautiful, I still miss her each and every day but I was beginning to look at her photos and smile instead of being sad. This has set me back a bit :(
Was feeling all sad so had a cuddle with Riley then came on here, looked round and there was Lukey sprinting towards me, he ducked his head down like a little relay runner, and still in full stride picked his collar up in his mouth - did a full on, head over heels, forwards roll then ran around the living room with it in his mouth. What would I do without them :)

It might feel like it's set you back a bit, but how lovely to be able to see her just as you remember. You'll be so glad you've got those images of her to cherish.

Maybe you could get it backed up onto DVD to be on the safe side?

I already have a DVD compilation of video clips of her which I haven't been able to watch yet, I didn't think I was ready and I was right :( I'm going to add this video to the DVD and save it for when I am feeling stronger about it all.

Lukey and Riley love their Mummy and Tiggy said they gotta keep a eye on you, so that's just what they're doing! :evillaugh:

I remember doing the same thing after my ^Storm^ died.
I played something back on the camcorder and there he was, playing and licking the kittens. It really hurt but now 2yrs on i am so glad i have it.

Helen seeing live video footage does do that, I have (somewhere) videos of my 2 grey boys jake and archie, Jake esp off the lead out for a run, boy he loved to run...The moments you are watching its like your still there and when the film finishes you are back to reality :'( :'(

That's exactly it :( She wasn't doing anything exciting just wandering around the living room and then popping out into the garden. I miss her so much :(
