TBH I could have got thru my life happily without seeing that FC. Any chance of peeps using the message icon box to give a warning of upsetting stuff? No offence but it was horrible and obvious the cat has been abused IMO.

Glad I didn't see it then. I hope it has been reported - or rather the poster should be reported.I wonder sometimes if things like youtube encourage idiots to "set up" scenes. Its a bit like "you've been framed" where people "happen" to have a camera handy when their child/pet/ wahtever does something amusing  :tired:

Maybe Fluffycloud will be able to find it again and report the poster?

Hey Clare, don't beat yourself up over it too much - it was an honest to goodness case of foot in mouth with no offence intended  :shy:. I wish I had a pound for every time I've done [or said] something and then thought OMG!!! What was I thinking???!!!

As for the people who took the film...they need a swift kick in their delicates  >:(

OMG whats going on there? Obviously the cat has pain around the back end and doesn't like being touched there.

I didn't think it funny at all!

I guess you thought it was something different FC  :shy: but when you can see what they are actually doing to the cat and the way its acting its horrid.  >:( Shame on them for thinking thats fun!

There's loads of things like that out there. And there's lots of horrific stuff too. I find a little self vetting is always required, and if I stumble into anything clearly illegal or offensive, I report it.

Here's my fave 'talking cat' compilation.

http://www.salon.com/ent/video_dog/animals/2006/05/15/talking_cats/index.html

All the cats featured are completely free to run off if they like and are not being forced to 'talk'. You could argue the last cat is in the middle of a territory spat with something not seen by the camera, but again, he could run if he wanted too.

I have no idea about the other links on this page, so best avoid them...
