i ordered cat food and litter on sun but it ant come yet , how long does it normally take

It usually takes about 7 days (it is shipped from Germany).  They usually send an email to let youknow when it has been sent out.

I ordered recently on a friday and it came on the tuesday (well, I didn't get it until the following friday but that's another story!).  It does have to come from Germany so be patient!  When did you order?  If it's been more than 4-5 days try ringing your local parcelforce office to see if they have it.

I didnt know stuff came from overseas I thought it was UK company?

Zooplus is a german company.

Sorry cosmic - just noticed you said you ordered on sunday.  I'd give it a few more days before you start worrying.

i thought it was uk company  :-: so thought it would be here for thr , got notice its been sent mon
iv ran out of mangos food so will have to go get some more
