Title: Finally i'm a (cat) mum again!!
Post by: Clairio on June 19, 2007, 16:13:23 PM: After searching for what seems like forever, ringing various rescue centres and the RSPCA everyday without fail, my hard work has finally paid off. Meet Elloit (the torti) and Storm, the new members of my family. Just 8 weeks old and cheeky as anything. Already ruling the house! Elloit is a real little madam, she's so independant (apart from nap time when she cry's loudly to get onto my shoulder) and has no fear - i think she thinks she's a base jumper, i have to watch her like a hawk so she doesn't launch herslf off anything too high. Storm's a little more chilled out except for when playing with mr mouse who makes a noise everytime he's pawed. Drives him crazy! He loves to sleep though and will happily drift off anywhere. It's so lovely having cats again, life and the house have felt so empty since Marley and JJ passed away. Their pictures still have pride of place on the fireplace so they can watch over their new brother and sister.

It really does pass quickly doesn't it! The middle picture was taken when we first got them which was just two weeks ago now ( i would have posted sooner but i've been so busy fussing over them!) and the top picture was taken yesterday, you can see the change in storm, he's so much fluffier and they've grown loads! They could hardly reach over into their bowls when we first got them.
