Has anyone tried these? I saw some the other day and wondered what they were like?
-
I bought the bubble gun for Lirael for last xmas.
She couldn't get over the noise of the gun so it never worked out.
However I spilled the bubble liquid near the cats toy box and Smoke discovered the toys.... I believe they are all under the sofa now ;)

Jaffa loves catnip bubbles ;D He likes them more than Mosi, who will swipe at one if it floats past him but isn't overly interested. Jaffa loves to pounce on them. Sometimes though he spends too long getting ready to pounce and the bubble vanishes just as he's ready to go  I don't use a bubble gun or anything so no noise - I just use the wand that comes with the bottle. I use katamunda (?) catnip bubbles.

Just out of interest where can you buy them from?
-
I get mine from pets at home. I think they're £3.99 a tub.
-
It was an online shop I saw them, think it might've been zooplus. They had some that you just blow rather than using the gun. I think they were only £2.49. At that price even if they don't like them there's not much wasted I suppose.

The make of the ones I buy is kookamunga.

Thank you ;D

I got kookamunga bubbles and the catnip effect is non existent >:( i also bought a new spray of it as the johnsons bottle was old and they ignore that too! Typical.

My boy Max will play with most things, but the little wuss was scared of the bubbles

I use the Kookamunga bubbles for my three, even though they don't respond to catnip. I only bought it cause I have assumed that these bubbles are safe for cats! My three seem to enjoy bubbles, but spend more time watching than pouncing! Still ... gives em summin to do, eh? Good outside, actually, as the kitties watch the bubbles disappearing up into the sky!

Tesco sell bubble guns for £3.49 and twirly bubble machines for £7 or £8 :wow:
