:thanks: for clearing that one up for me.
its easy to say what monkey is.....GINGER! :evillaugh:
-
He's a black tabby with white.
-
tabby ;D
-
Yeah, a cute, darling little tabby! *drools*
-
Tabby is merely the markings and is NOT A colour. I however wouldnt like to commit myself to his actual colour be at brown or black Tabby..lottie is probably far more on the ball with that stuff than me.
Monkey is a red TABBY.
-
Monkey was a ginger fleaball
but all is well and they are flea free and asleep.
-
Brown and black tabbies are the same colour (in pedigrees are registered as same colour). For example a brown spotted/brown marble Bengal is exactly the same colour as a black spotted/black classic NFC.
-
Mmm ok..i was thinking if i could recall many black tabby dsh/dlh's...most of them are refered to as brown tabbys.
-
Lynn - 'general' people call them brown tabbies as that is what they look like, but the 'proper' term is normally a black tabby, something genetic for the reason, I did read it last week, but feeling tired again now!!
