Title: Swim Free, Triton
Post by: JackSpratt on November 12, 2015, 16:17:00 PM
Sadly, after looking like he was improving after falling ill, I woke up to find my fish family member, Triton had passed away.

He was a funny little character; he'd figured out a system to let me know when he'd had enough "light time" and he knew that as soon as he saw my movement in a morning he was getting his food so came to the top to be fed.

I miss his quirks. He was a remarkably defined personality for a fish, and was actually rather a bully with others unfortunately. But I'm hoping the time he had with us was happy.

Swim Free, Triton. You were loved.

I am sorry that your fishy friend has had t leave you. Swim free Triton RIP

My friend's goldfish ( who were both elderly and large) used to come and 'shout' at them for food.
