I seen this a while back when we saw the deformed kitten pics, apparently if you reasearch it more there has indeed been kits born with "wing like" bits but have actually been as though they were going to have limbs there which were abnomal and didnt grow properly.  That picture however i think yes matted fur  :evillaugh:

So he grew the "wings" to escape all the flocking females? How strange.

Lots of weired things going on in China, I heard on radio the other day about a woman that has a HORN growing out of her head, she says it started off as a mole  :-:

Anyways what am I talking about, I think I'm in shock that a Chinese person is actually keeping a cat as a pet.

I was going to reply something about that but wasnt sure how to say it but i was under the impression lots of chinese people have cats as pets nowadays and for those who still view cats as anything other than pets its not fair to say all chinese are the same.

To be honest I do not think that that fair comment and almost racist.

Why? I think that is a very rude comment to make.

No its not racist, well it wasn't meant to be.

I was just saying as I thought Chinese people ate cats don't they? It was nothing on the Chinese population, obviously some keep them as pets. I seen a show about China and there were cats in cages for sale to be eaten.

Lyn-Su sorry if I offended you no offence was meant, my apologies.  :shy:

yes in some parts i believe there are various types of meats eaten CC which would wouldnt see as being acceptable (well i dont think it is full stop aswell as just not seeing it as acceptable)  I think these areas may be less and less nowadays.   I'm sure many thousands of chinese peeps view it as equally unacceptable.

Perhaps it was not intended as written I know I do that sometimes.

That's like saying every French person eats horses and no-one keeps them as pets!

It was not intended to offend.

Lottie, obviously I know all of the population don't eat them, I was not speaking for all. I suppose its like us with rabbits, some people eat them and some people see them as pets so they would never eat them.

How else was I meant to refer to someone of Chinese origin other than saying Chinese?

I'm sure no offence was meant by CC.

The cat looks bizarre - it says in the article there's bone in there, so I'm not sure that it can be matting. Although, I'm pretty sure most toms would be quite chuffed abot a bt of female attention.

The story is full of holes. Since when did an unneutered tom not relish the attention of queens?

The wings look a little like extra tails to me. Unless it's all a 'tale'. She could have glued loose fur together to make it appear like wings.

I certainly don't believe this is genuine. Since when were cats 'little angels'?
