Started it off today...ointment we have to rub onto his inner ear. Worked a charm, so much easier than pilling him! :Luv:
-
This sounds wonderful Kirst :wow:
-
Kirst what is it detais please I have 2 Hyper T's on different tablets
-
a quick google suggests you must be one of the very first in the UK to be prescribed the gel, Kirst, although it has been widely used in the US for years
the UK veterinary profession is so behind the times when it comes to HyperT, so congratulations and hope it does the trick for Fred
-
So interested to know about this and nhow well it works
-
wow that sounds great, hope he does well
-
So much easier than pilling! I hope that your little man does well with his treatment.
Interestingly, UK doctors are also years behind the US in treating thyroid problems :(
-
My cat had this gel when he had hyperthyroidism and it worked well.Much better than pilling which upset him.Good luck with the treatment and hope it works well for your cat too.
-
I would like some details too please Kirst? Beau is newly HT and although pilling him is not an issue (thanks to Liz's advice on pate balls :thanks: ) it would be good to have an easy alternative if it becomes necessary.
-
I am also on week 4 of pilling one hyper T with corned beef balls as well and again M & S only tried 3 other supermarket kinds and you would think I was killing her!!!
-
Really interetsted in how this goes, Kirst. WOuld've been a Godsend with Pad if it works.
-
Do hope Kirst returns with info

Well so far so good.......he's much less hyper, eating less and has put on a little but of weight. If this continues we are on to a winner. We are so lucky to have such an amazing vet...three cheers for Mr
